Hercule Poirot Question

I can't find the name of the Agatha Christie mystery in which Poirot stays in a kind of "bed and breakfast" where the owners are very disorganized and provide poor meals. By the end of the story, Poirot manages to teach the mistress of the house to cook at least decent eggs.
